Course Overview

Chapter 1 - Fundamentals

Here we cover all of the basics such as my workspace, shortcuts, Ideas and inspiration, setting up the asset browser and so on.

Chapter 2 - Creating the Models

We start this course modeling our main assets for our scene, then UV unwrapping, and texturing

Chapter 3 - Blocking out the Scene and sculpting the Landscape

After our assets are finished, we begin blocking out our scene and getting the composition figured out.

Chapter 4 - Setting Up the Early Lighting

Now that the blockout is done we start on the early lighting by adding in a sky, environment light, volumetrics, and moonlight.

Chapter 5 - Creating the Materials and Path

In this stage we create our our procedural snow material and our pathways.

Now we move into the detailing stage, adding many assets into the scene, doing some more lighting, scattering, and creating some Geometry node tools to help make our workflow easier.

Chapter 7 - Final Details

This is the final stages of the project. We do our final checks making sure everything is added that we need, finalizing the lighting, and finishing the camera animation.

Chapter 8 - Render Setup

Now that the 3D portion is done we now go over the rendering settings for stills and animations.

This is the final stage of our project, Post processing. I guide you through my full process perfecting the render by color correction, lighting adjustments, and ways you can fix mistakes with paint over.
